Dear Harleigh,
Daddy and Mommy wanted to share how proud we are of you with all your accomplishments this year, and the joy you have brought to our lives. At 9:56 am on February 26th 2010, God blessed us with your amazing smile and personality. Even though we were nervous and scared, you put us to ease with your comfort in our arms. When we brought you home on a snowy night, and realized you did not come with a users manual. However, this first year you have helped us learn what true love, patience, selflessness, and sleep deprivation are about. As we approach your first birthday, there are a few things we are praying for now and will continue to pray about;
1. That you understand God's love and grace and learn to love Him with all your heart
2. That you are a leader and able to form your own decisions
3. That you have a servants heart and show love to all those you meet
4. That you meet a Godly man who loves and cherishes you as much as we do
5. That you have your daddy's patience and your mommy's good looks=) and both of our personalities
We love you so much and enjoy each day with you. Happy 1st Birthday Little Angel/Munchy/Harbear/Harster-HARLEIGH!!
Love,
Mom and Dad
This our way to share what is going on in our life to all of our family, friends, and of course hundreds/millions of fans!

Little Miss Personality
We have noticed lately that Harleigh is picking up on social cues and communicating more. She can say: dog, uh-oh, woof-woof, dad, and mom. She is pointing out objects in books like birds, flowers, and dogs (she loves dogs if you didnt know already). The other night Daddy was tossing a ball in the air when it accidentally hit Mommy in the face (domestic violence?). Daddy and Mommy started to laugh as Harleigh chimed in and began to laugh as well which made us all laugh even harder! It was very cute=)

Couples Game Night
We recently had some friends over for appetizers, drinks, and games. The night ended with a dance party at Cosmo's (unfortunately I forgot my camera for that part)! Harleigh and Landon stayed at Gigi and Papa's for a slumber party. It was so much fun to hang out with friends, although a majority of the night was spent talking about kids! ;) Here are some pictures:
Guthmann's and Ginger reliving the college days
Life Group Gals- Jenn 2 weeks out from her due date!
Girls doing "The Zak"
Ty Pennington in the house!
The Guthmann's trying to mimic "The Zak" (as seen in the picture- yes those are frosted tips)
Zak and Jon doing his signature pose*, and Chad just happy to be with friends! Dean looking for other friends ;)
Notice Dean's beer markers on his shot

This is what Harleigh looks like after a good night's sleep. What can I say, she has her daddy's hair?

The BEST VALENTINE'S Gift EVER!
Last night, Zak and I received the best Valentine's gift ever! We put Harleigh down to bed (yes, in her crib) and 37 minutes later she went to sleep...AND STAYED ASLEEP ALL NIGHT! Wahoo! We haven't had her do this in months. Thank you, Harleigh for the best gift ever (hopefully it's a gift that will continue to keep on giving throughout the year)! :)

My Two Valentine's
To my TWO Valentine's on Valentine's Day,
Thank you for being such a huge part of my life, I couldn't imagine it any other way.
Zak, I couldn't imagine going through parenthood without you. You are a very patient and loving dad to Harleigh and one day she will see the blessing of having a father like you in her life. I love you more than the day I met you and look forward to what's in store for us in the future.
Harleigh, you are my little sunshine. You light of my day and I enjoy every minute I have with you. I love you so much and look forward to seeing you grow into the little lady you are.
Wishing everyone a very happy Valentine's day!

Here we go, Steelers!!
Kamm household is chanting the "Bum, Bum, Bum, Bum Pittsburgh's going to the SUPERBOWL" song! We're looking forward to a 7th trip to the Superbowl this Sunday. Harleigh will be in her Black and Gold supporting the team (along with her mom and dad)! I'll be sure to upload pictures of our little Steelers fan!

Looking Back
With so many friends and family members have babies lately, it's a constant reminder of how quickly kids grow. We were looking through some pictures recently of Harleigh just a few months old and reminiscing of what is was like being new parents. Here are some pictures of our little one from a while back:
